My Philosophy

The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.  One’s perception is greater than one's experiences of sight, smell, taste, touch, and hearing.  One’s consciousness is greater than one's thoughts, emotions, and memories.  Gestalt theory, based on these ideas, forms the framework of my clinical orientation.  Within this framework, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming practices are psychodynamic interventions utilized to understand one’s mental, emotional, social, and spiritual domains.  Introspect Counseling can offer shorter term solution-focused services as well as time-dedicated, “deep work” therapy.

The question is "Are you ready to engage in a synergistic, mindful, grounding, life-altering journey?"

Introspect Counseling creates a non-judgmental, safe space to explore what is important to you.
